The ingredients are only water, malt, hops, and yeast. We use local ingredients as much as possible, and do not use any secondary ingredients. The secondary fermentation is done in the bottle, just like champagne . Furthermore, we make use of the natural qualities of the ingredients and finish it unfiltered . You can enjoy the taste to your heart's content, which seems to be a direct reflection of the cultivation environment and the work of the brewer.
