Old Vintage Wine

left7pcs

This wine has been carefully stored in the cellar for many years.

Wines that can be aged for a long time are brewed by considering the potential of the grapes, which differ from harvest to harvest, and how many years and to what level they will be aged. Even if the wine is from the same producer and the same vineyard, the aging process will be different from year to year.

When aging wine for a long time, the cellar should be kept at a temperature of 10 to 18 degrees Celsius and a humidity level of over 90%. Corks are not sealed like metal caps or plastic stoppers, but allow a small amount of air to circulate through the outside world. This allows the wine to slowly age without dying.

With long-term aging, wine loses all of the roughness it had when it was young, becoming smoother on the tongue and turning brown in color.

Some labels may have stains or scratches caused by mold, and the liquid level may have dropped slightly over time.
