How to order
Ordering via the Internet
Simply click the "Add to Cart" button to add the product you want to your cart and proceed with the purchase process from the cart screen.
- Our online shop accepts orders 24 hours a day (365 days a year) .
- Please rest assured that the personal information you enter on the cart screen will be encrypted and transmitted using SSL.
- Our staff will reply to your order confirmation email on the next business day (weekday) .
Other orders
We also accept orders by phone or fax.
- Please check the following information before using: "Product number," "Product name," "Quantity," "Postal code/address," "Telephone number," "Name (in hiragana)," and "Date of birth."
- For orders placed by phone or fax, payment can only be made by cash on delivery or bank transfer .
About product delivery
Delivery time
Your order will be delivered within 4 business days after the order is received. (Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
- Generally, orders placed before 3:00 p.m. on a business day will be shipped on the next business day unless a date and time is specified.
- The number of days it takes for delivery after shipping is 2 days for Hokkaido/Chugoku/Shikoku/Kyushu/Okinawa, and 1 to 1.5 days for other regions (there are exceptions depending on the region).
- As we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, we do not ship products on weekends. Instead, orders placed by noon on Fridays and the day before public holidays will be shipped on the same day (all orders without a specified delivery date will be shipped on the same day).

Your order will be accepted between 3 and 14 business days from the date of your order.

Notes on product delivery
- If you choose cash on delivery or refrigerated delivery, we cannot deliver to a parcel box.
- If a product is temporarily out of stock or sold out, we will contact you separately.
(Since this is not a factory-made product, quantities are limited. We apologize if the product is out of stock.) - We will do our best to meet your requests, but please understand that we are closed on weekends, national holidays, the year-end and New Year holidays, etc., so we may not be able to meet your requests.
- Exceptions are made to pre-order items . Please check the sales page for each pre-order item.

- The refrigerated delivery fee is 330 yen including tax (even if shipping is free, the refrigerated delivery fee will be charged separately).
- In summer ( late April to late October ), we will ship using a refrigerated delivery service to avoid damage caused by the heat. Outside of that time, products will be shipped at room temperature for deliveries to destinations other than Okinawa.
- Even during periods when normal shipping is required, customers can request refrigerated shipping (an additional 330 yen will be charged).
Special cases (remote islands, etc.)
- For some remote islands, even if you request room temperature shipping, we may use refrigerated shipping to maintain the quality of the wine (Okinawa Prefecture always uses refrigerated shipping).
- If we change to refrigerated delivery, an additional refrigerated delivery fee will be charged.
- In special cases, delivery times may vary.
- For the final shipping fee and delivery date, please check the reply email from our staff after the automatic confirmation email.
Notes on shipping charges
- If multiple items ordered at the same time are delivered in separate shipments due to customer convenience, shipping charges will be added to each shipment.
- Some products have special shipping rates, such as free shipping. In that case, the settings on the product description page will take priority.
- The final shipping fee will be notified to you in the order confirmation email sent by MAVI. Please be sure to check it.

Payment by bank transfer may be available under certain conditions (e.g. not available for the first payment).
Returns, exchanges and cancellations
Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept exchanges or returns. In addition, the cooling off period does not apply to mail order sales.
