Beaujolais Nouveau is made using traditional methods, from grape cultivation to wine brewing, with a lot of time and effort put into it by the family. It has a delicate and light taste, like the essence of nature condensed into one. It goes well with a wide range of dishes, including chicken dishes, dishes using root vegetables and mushrooms, fresh cheese, terrines, as well as meat dishes in general and okonomiyaki.

ボジョレーの南西端の丘陵部にあります。少なくとも5世代前からぶどう作りを続けている家系で、祖父の代からワイン農家です。現当主のフランソワは農業学校で教鞭をとっていましたが、先代の引退を機に引き継ぎました。西側にはボジョレーの山々が広がり、この地域特有の強い風からぶどうを守ってくれます。ビオディナミを実践する友人に出会い、品質、味ともに優れたワインを造り出していることに感銘を受け2008年転換を決めました。
ボジョレーヌーヴォーはもちろんのこと、シュブラン家が造るワインは昔ながらの醸造方法で造られています。これによりテロワールをよく反映したワインが生まれます。
