Figateur is a smoked sausage that is a specialty of Corsica. This terrine uses Figateur, giving it a rich aroma.

Corsica is what Maupassant called "an island rising from the sea."

This island in the Mediterranean Sea is home to untouched virgin forests with their own unique ecosystems, making it a treasure trove of organic ingredients. The island's specialty products, made from wild plants and animals that grow in the mountains, are rare delicacies.

Pigs from Corsica are certified as "Corsica breed" by the local pig certification and AOC, and their origin and quality are guaranteed. Pigs that are raised in the natural mountains, running through the mountains and eating seeds, chestnuts and grass that grows in the shrub areas, have become a specialty of Corsica as they produce sweet, lean pork.

The terrines at "JEAN PAUL VINCESINI ET FILS" are made using pork as a base and ingredients from Corsica.
