Wine set description

  • Set contents: 1 bottle of red wine (750ml) + 1 bottle of white wine (750ml)

A set of two red and white wines recommended to accompany autumn ingredients. The red wine has a gentle flavor that goes well with potatoes and mushrooms. The white wine has a fruity flavor and a strong minerality, and goes perfectly with fish dishes such as sea bass and horse mackerel, which are in season in autumn. These two bottles are easy to pair with a wide range of dishes in a season when ingredients are abundant, so you can enjoy a variety of marriages.

Description of each wine

  • Alsace Riesling White [Left]
    A dry white wine made from 100% noble Riesling grapes. It is full of minerality and fruitiness, with a clean finish and a powerful flavor. It goes well with cooked fish dishes, as well as pork dishes.
  • Portugieser Red [Right]
    Only 1,300 bottles are produced annually! This is a rare and precious red wine from Germany. It is fruity and light to drink, but the deep flavor gradually lingers on for a long time. Its gentle flavor makes it perfect for pairing with Japanese food.

Delivery time

Your order will be delivered within 4 business days after it is received. (Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
