Summer is all about barbecues. There's nothing better than enjoying meat dishes in an open-air atmosphere. Here we've picked out three types of red wine that go well with beef, pork, and chicken! Be sure to try them with each type of grilled meat.

Description of each wine

  • Cotes de Provence Red [Left]
    A full-bodied red wine from France. It has a complex aroma of violets, berries, and black chocolate, as well as a powerful fruit flavor. It also has a long aftertaste. The firm tannins are recommended to be paired with grilled beef.
  • Barbera d'Asti Sanpanse Red [center]
    A medium-bodied red wine made from 100% Barbera grapes from Piedmont. It is fresh and has a good balance of tannins and acidity, making it a casual and enjoyable wine. It is recommended to have it with grilled white meat such as pork or chicken.
  • Gascogne Betulin Red [Right]
    A medium-bodied red wine made in Gascony, southwestern France. Easy to drink, easy to pair with food, and a great value for money casual bottle. This goes well with grilled or sautéed chicken.
