We have prepared a set of two carefully selected red wines that will bring out the depth of flavor in your steak. An Italian red wine made from the Barbera grape variety, which has a rich yet light taste, goes well with Wagyu steak, which has just the right amount of fat. And a red wine from Bordeaux goes well with a wide range of red meats. This excellent red wine is made mainly from Cabernet Sauvignon, which is characterized by its full body and strong astringency, and blends well with the wine. Please try it as an accompaniment to your steak.

Description of each wine

• Barbera d'Asti Superiore Gustin Red [Left]
  A full-bodied red wine made from 100% Barbera grapes. It has a rich flavor reminiscent of ripe fruit and prunes. It has a clean acidity, soft astringency, and moderate tannins, making it recommended for meat dishes and cheeses.
  
• Bordeaux Red - Chateau Petit Lacquer [Right]
  A full-bodied wine made mainly from Cabernet Sauvignon. Made from fully ripe grapes, it has a concentrated and complex flavor. It has a pleasant astringency and is very well-balanced.
