Description of each wine

• Sauternes Noble Rot White A high-class, extra sweet wine produced in the Sauternes region in the south of Bordeaux. Made from grapes infected with noble rot from Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle, it has an elegant aroma of butter, dried fruit and honey. This organic wine is best enjoyed with blue cheese.

Introducing our wine producers

• "The Fourcaud Family" (Bordeaux, France)
  They produce rare organic Sauternes in the Sauternes region, the king of noble rot wines. In a harsh environment where the yield and the quality of the wine are all determined by the activity of noble rot, they produce the finest honey-like Sauternes. In 2013, the Fourcaud family took over the Château from the Ferbos family.
