Wine set description

Oysters, root vegetables, roast beef... We have put together a set of wines that go perfectly with delicious winter ingredients and dishes. Please enjoy them with your family or during the New Year holidays.

Description of each wine

  • Bordeaux (Entre-Deux-Mers) White - Chateau des Seigneurs de Pommiers [Left]
    With its impressive aromas of pear, white peach, citrus fruits and herbs, and its crisp acidity, it is excellent as an accompaniment to seafood dishes. It also has a mineral feel, making it a particularly good match for raw oysters.
  • TB Chardonnay White [Medium]
    This dry Chardonnay has a pleasant aroma of ripe fruit and a moderate volume. It goes well with chicken thighs and meatballs, as well as a soy sauce-flavored hotpot with root vegetables.
  • Var Red [Right]
    A full-bodied red wine with a concentrated aroma of black fruit and spices, and a harmony of fruitiness that develops over time and firm tannins. Recommended for meat dishes such as steaks and roast beef.

Delivery time

Your order will be delivered within 4 business days after it is received. (Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)

  • Generally, orders placed before 3:00 p.m. on a business day will be shipped on the next business day unless a date and time is specified.
  • On the day before a holiday, orders placed before noon will be shipped the same day.
  • We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, so no products are shipped on weekends.
