A fruity and gorgeous dry rosé sparkling wine made in the Beaujolais region. Made from 100% Gamay, the same grape used in Beaujolais Nouveau, it is made using the traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle, just like Champagne. With a strawberry-like aroma and soft, popping bubbles, this organic wine will brighten up any toast.
