Biodynamic farming maintains the balance of the ecosystem and uses the power of nature to improve plant health from the soil up.

This farming method has some unique features, such as using natural preparations (preparations) that activate the soil using herbs, minerals, and cow horn minerals, and sowing seeds and caring for the land according to the movement of celestial bodies. However, compared to conventional organic farming, it is a labor-intensive cultivation method that makes strict efforts to protect nature.

These biodynamically grown crops can earn Demeter certification by meeting strict standards during production, processing and distribution, including ensuring that their vitality is maximized.

This set includes two sparkling wines that are Demeter certified.

Clairette de dit Brut Sparkling (left) is a crisp, dry wine. This wine is made by Achard, a producer who only produces sparkling wines in the Rhone region of France.

The Cremant d'Alsace Sparkling Wine (right) is a sparkling wine with a richer fruit flavor and a more mellow impression. It is made by Meyer in Alsace, France, who also produces many of the popular wines at Mavi.

Description of each wine

• Clairette de di Brut (dry) Sparkling [Left]
  A refreshing, dry sparkling wine with fine, fresh bubbles and a concentrated fruit flavor that pleasantly supports each other. The aroma of ripe grapefruit, green apple, white flowers, yeast, etc. spreads, and the rich aftertaste is also attractive.
  
• Cremant d'Alsace Sparkling [Right]
  This is a concentrated, full-bodied, and very expansive sparkling wine, with delicate bubbles and a rounded, soft finish. It also embodies the Alsace character of Cremant d'Alsace, with its white flower aroma and refreshing fruitiness, which are the first conditions for a Crémant d'Alsace.
