We have prepared a set of two delicious Italian red wines and white wines from the south of France to go with our exquisite chicken saute. The skin is crispy and fragrant, and the meat is tender and tender. The light flavors can be used in a variety of ways. For a simple seasoning of just salt and pepper, try the slightly hearty white wine "Viognier" to enjoy a deep aftertaste. When seasoning with Japanese sauces such as soy sauce, try the medium-bodied red wine "Saint-Pensée," which brings out the savory flavor even more, and enjoy the pairing of concentrated fruitiness and gentle acidity.


Description of each wine

  • Occhi Viognier White [Left]
    This white wine has a gorgeous aroma that is reminiscent of ripe white peach and tropical fruits, with a white floral fragrance. It has a mellow taste and an excellent balance of gorgeous fruitiness and a soft yet firm acidity that supports it.
  • Barbera d'Asti Sanpanse Red [Right]
    The aroma is of stewed blackberries and cassis with a spicy hint of black pepper and nutmeg. Like the aroma, the taste is dominated by a concentrated fruitiness, which is then complemented by a firm acidity. It has an elegant flavor.
