Description of each wine

• Spumante Venezia Sparkling [Left]
  A refreshing and cool aroma of lemon peel, yeast, and nectar. A melon-like fruity flavor spreads, followed immediately by fine bubbles filling the mouth. The slight bitterness balances well with the oily gyoza, leaving a pleasant aftertaste.
  
• Chateau de Lou Rose [Right]
  The scent of flowers is reminiscent of cherries, apricots, rose buds and hawthorn. The lively acidity and fruitiness spread, and the accompanying minerality is impressive. The acidity continues vividly into the aftertaste, and a slight bitterness gently tightens the aftertaste. It goes well with a variety of Chinese dishes.
