マヴィ代表田村が抜け駆け愛用中のオイル

イタリア・トスカーナ州のマニョーニ家は、マヴィで人気のキャンティワインやぶどうジュースを造っています。

オリーブが育つ畑はマニョーニ家の農地で特に高い場所にあり、また砂と粘土が独特なバランスで混ざった土壌のため、柑橘類を思わせるフルーティな風味のオイルになるのだそう。

スペイン・ネヴァドさんのオリーブオイルがコクのあるまろやかな味わいなのに対し、マニョーニさんのオリーブオイルは、トスカーナオイルらしいピリリとしたスパイシーさと爽やかな香りが魅力。

サラダのドレッシングやマリネ、またパンにそのまま付けるなど、オリーブオイルの風味が楽しめるような加熱しない調理におすすめです。

生産本数が少ないとのことで入荷は見送っていましたが、現地で試飲したマヴィ代表の田村が諦めきれれず、今回数量限定のテスト入荷をいたしました。

2024年の夏にマニョーニ家を訪問した際、マヴィ代表は自分用にもしっかり購入。毎日の食卓で愛用しているため、近日中におすすめの使い方をご紹介させていただきます！
