すこしお値段は高いですが、このオリーブオイルを使い始めると、他のオイルに浮気できなくなります。私は、特に夏野菜を、このオリーブオイルと塩で蒸し炒めするのが大好きです。星の数ほどあるオリーブオイル、信頼できる銘柄があることの安心感は、本当にありがたいです。

昨日グルテンフリーのイベントに参加して、美味しさと簡単なレシピに感動した、イチゴとトマトの冷製スープをつくってみました。
イチゴとトマト、この最強のオリーブオイル、燻製風味の塩、キッチン栽培しているチャイブとイタリアンパセリを少々。
イベントで陣田靖子先生のレシピでは燻製オリーブオイルでしたが、手に入らなかったので燻製の塩と、いつものこの最強オリーブオイルでつくってみました。
大好きな鎌倉トマトとスーパーで買った普通のイチゴでしたが、味は最高でした。

同じくマヴィさんのオーストリアのロゼ、ボルトゥギーザーをサンデーブランチで楽しみました。
