This unique white wine has a fruity aroma, and when you put it in your mouth, the concentrated fruitiness and refreshing acidity spread, and you can also feel a bitter aftertaste. It is a very drinkable and unique white wine. It is an important wine that has been passed down from the vines discovered by the producer's ancestors.

味わい

わずかにグリーンを帯びた淡いレモンイエロー

洋梨やマスカットなどの果実香にユーカリや樹皮を思わせる植物的な香りが印象的。また奥から木の実のような香ばしいニュアンスも感じるフルーティな中にも胸のすくような清々しい香り。

口に含むと、いっぱいに広がる果実味のあとに、非常に上質な酸味がバランスよく続く。その酸味は余韻にまで深く印象を残し、ほんのりとした苦味がきれいに後味を引き締める。

当主の奥様マルグリットの祖先がこのノイブルガーというぶどうを発見したことからオマージュと名がつけられた、マントラーホフ家にとって大切な1本。

素晴らしい個性を持つこの土着品種の体験は、また新たなオーストリアの奥深さを、驚きとともに教えてくれる。

オーガニック歴：2003年から

首都ウィーンから車で1時間ほど離れた、ドナウ河の北岸傾斜にぶどう畑があります。マントラー家がワイナリー経営をはじめたのは200年前です。かつての修道院の敷地で農業とワイン造りを行っています。父のヨセフは2002年の大洪水をきっかけにオーガニックに転換しました。「同じことをこのまま続けていたら、モノカルチャーと土壌劣化の結果、工業的農業は終焉へ向かうだろう」と考えたのです。ぶどう栽培においては、とにかく観察。何を必要としているか、どのような環境にさらされているのかをしっかりと見抜き、腐植質豊富な土壌にすることで、自然と土壌が豊かになることを目指しています。醸造では、その年の特徴が自由に表現されることを願いつつ、人的介入が最低限になるように心がけています。現在は父の教えを守りつつ、三兄弟が中心となって運営しています。
