This crisp, dry white wine was made in Gascony, southwest of France, famous for Armagnac. As the name "Quatre Cépages (Four Varieties)" suggests, it is a blend of four grape varieties: Colombard, Ugni Blanc, Gros Manseng, and Sauvignon, resulting in a taste that allows you to enjoy the aroma of fruit and herbs as well as a fresh acidity. This organic wine is best enjoyed chilled.

味わい

輝きのある非常に淡いレモンイエロー。

洋梨や白桃の果実香に、バジルやセルフィーユなどの様々なハーブ、またミネラルも感じる、清涼感に溢れた香り。

口に含むといっぱいに広がるフレッシュな酸味が印象的。それを柔らかな果実味が支え、味わいも爽やか。程よい苦味が余韻を心地良く引き締める。

キリッと冷やして楽しみたい、軽快で清々しい飲み口の白。

オーガニック歴：2001年から（認証取得は2004年）

アルマニャックの生産地としても有名なフランス南西部、ガスコーニュ地方。他のぶどう産地に比べて湿度が高く、オーガニック農業には難しい土地ですが、研究熱心な父のダミアンの「もっとこの地方の特徴が表現されているようなワインを造りたい」との想いから2001年にオーガニックに転換しました。現在はカルフォルニアとアルザスのワイナリーで経験を積んだ息子のクレマンが引き継ぎ、この地の更なる可能性を模索しています。醸造ではフレッシュな味わいを大切にしており、できたワインも冷蔵管理するなと徹底した温度管理を行っています。
