味わい

淡く輝くレモンイエロー。

グラスを近づけると、レモンや蜂蜜、様々なハーブの香り。またミネラルや、火打ち石のようなスモーキーなニュアンスも。華やかで清涼感あふれる中に、凝縮した果実味を感じる香り。

口に含むと、キリッとした酸味が非常に爽やか。ただそれに負けないくらいの強い果実味もしっかりと感じる。清々しい酸味は余韻にまで続き、後味には心地よいミネラル感。まさに蜂蜜レモンのような可憐な甘酸っぱさに心魅かれる白。
