A dry rosé champagne made in the Cote des Blancs region of Champagne. Made with Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, it has a concentrated fruit flavor, finished using the saignée method. The aroma is of red fruits such as strawberries and cranberries with a hint of spice from white pepper. This organic wine will add a gorgeous touch to any table.

味わい

ややオレンジがかったピンク色。

苺やクランベリーの赤く凝縮した果実香に、白胡椒やほんのりアニスのスパイシーな香り。さらに奥から可憐なバラの香りも立ち昇る。

泡はきめ細かく繊細で、のびやかな酸と芳醇な果実味が合わせて広がる。余韻にも凝縮した赤い果実が印象的。

シャンパーニュ地方・エペルネにあります。1982年に接ぎ木職人だったブリュノが設立しました。大西洋気候と大陸性気候の両面を持っていて降水量は多めのためオーガニック栽培には難しい土地です。自分たちがきれいな環境のもとに生活をしていき、ぶどうが健康に育つことでワインの味や香りが高められると信じ1997年にオーガニック転換しました。
ミシェル家は熟成に強いこだわりを持っていて、一般的には15ヶ月ほどの熟成期間なところを6年から8年かけて熟成させます。この熟成によりエレガントなシャンパーニュが生み出されます。
