A dry rosé sparkling wine made in the Alsace region of France. Made using Pinot Noir from the Meyer family's vineyards, the first in France to cultivate grapes using biodynamic farming methods, this wine has a gorgeous rosé color. It is made using the same secondary fermentation in the bottle as champagne, and has a moderate, satisfying taste. With a refreshing aroma of white flowers and red fruits, this organic wine is perfect for celebratory occasions.

アルザス地方でも南寄りのベルクホルツ村にあります。1620年より親から子へと代々引き継がれてきた、歴史のあるワイン農家です。現在は13代目フランソワを中心に栽培から醸造までを行っています。地形的にヴォージュ山脈とアルプス山脈に囲まれた盆地で、冬と夏の寒暖差に加え、年間降雨量も少ないため高品質のワインが生み出されます。メイエー家がオーガニックに転換したのは、12代目のユージェーヌが農薬中毒によって視神経が麻痺するという深刻な事態に陥ったことに因ります。その時にホメオパシーで治癒したことにより、シュタイナーのビオディナミに出会い、1969年に転換することを決意しました。50年以上もビオディナミ農法を続けたことにより、メイエー家のぶどう畑はいきいきとしたエネルギーに満ちています。メイエー家はフランス国内でもビオディナミのパイオニア的存在で知られています。

3年熟成のシャンパーニュよりフレッシュ感が、より合うように感じました。
