Taste

A deep ruby ​​with a pink tinge on the edge.

The aroma is of plums, cassis, blackberries, and other black fruits simmered together. There is also a rich aroma of various spices such as cinnamon and cloves. There is also a hint of violet and a hint of earth.

In the mouth, it has a soft but concentrated fruitiness and a very well-balanced acidity. The aftertaste is finely grained and astringent, and the impression of black fruits lingers on the palate.

The aroma has oriental nuances, reminiscent of five-spice powder and oolong tea leaves, making this a red wine that would go well with Chinese and other Asian cuisine.
