This champagne is made using Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay, and is aged in the bottle for seven years. Normally, sugar called "liqueur of the beginning" is added when the champagne is bottled, but this champagne is non-dosage with no added sugar. Even though no sugar is added, the grapes from Briard, located in a prime location in the village of Auviller, the birthplace of champagne, are of high quality, and after a further seven years of aging, you can enjoy the fullness and breadth of the flavor.
