Made from grapes infected with noble rot from Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle, it has an elegant aroma of butter, dried fruit and honey. It is an organic wine that can be enjoyed slowly with blue cheese. It comes in a half-size bottle so you can try it casually.
