イタリア・ヴェネト州東部のプラマッジョーレにあります。自分自身のぶどう畑で育てたぶどうからできるワインを造るワイナリーを建設するという夢を実現し1972年に設立しました。20haからスタートした畑は30haに拡大しました。湿気が多くオーガニックでぶどうを栽培するのは難しい土地です。しかし環境に優しい農法を行うことに決め1999年にオーガニック転換しました。「オーガニックワインを飲むこと、オーガニックワインを造ること、それはライフスタイルである」とオーガニックワインを造る選択をしたことを誇りに思っています。収穫のたびにより良いものを生み出したいと挑戦し続けています。

すっかり箱ワインのファンになっています。春が近づいて気温が高くなってきたら、白ワインが飲みたくなって、白の箱ワインを初めて注文しました。休日の朝から楽しめる、さわやかで、ハッピーな飲み心地です。冷やすともっとおいしいです。
