This fruity, dry white wine is made by Mantler, an Austrian wine producer popular for its unique winemaking. It has a harmony of alluring and refreshing aromas of tropical fruits and honey, as well as fresh fruitiness, elegant acidity, and a strong mineral feel, making it a delicate yet rich flavor. 味わい

蜂蜜やレモンピール、摘みたてのハーブに、ジャスミンを思わせる白いお花の芳香が特徴的。強いミネラル感も感じる。なんとも涼やかな香り。

口に含むと、フレッシュな酸味と果実味。味わいにもしっかりと感じるミネラル感が非常に上品で、繊細な仕上がり。

どのワインも非常に造りの良さを感じる造り手。ひとクラス上の「繊細さ」を教えてくれる白。

オーガニック歴：2003年から

首都ウィーンから車で1時間ほど離れた、ドナウ河の北岸傾斜にぶどう畑があります。マントラー家がワイナリー経営をはじめたのは200年前です。かつての修道院の敷地で農業とワイン造りを行っています。父のヨセフは2002年の大洪水をきっかけにオーガニックに転換しました。「同じことをこのまま続けていたら、モノカルチャーと土壌劣化の結果、工業的農業は終焉へ向かうだろう」と考えたのです。ぶどう栽培においては、とにかく観察。何を必要としているか、どのような環境にさらされているのかをしっかりと見抜き、腐植質豊富な土壌にすることで、自然と土壌が豊かになることを目指しています。醸造では、その年の特徴が自由に表現されることを願いつつ、人的介入が最低限になるように心がけています。現在は父の教えを守りつつ、三兄弟が中心となって運営しています。
