The aroma of melon and cherry. In the background, you can feel the scent of rose-like flowers, making you feel gorgeous. When you put it in your mouth, it is a rose wine that spreads fresh and fruity sweet and sour, as if you had just crushed strawberries in your mouth. It is a very pleasant bottle with a well-balanced aftertaste of slight bitterness and faint astringency. It comes in a 1L bottle, about 1.3 times larger than a regular bottle, and has an easy-to-open screw cap, so it is great for home parties and outdoor activities without the hassle of uncorking it every time you drink with a large group of people. It goes well with appetizers such as light vegetable dishes.

味わい

ほんのわずかにオレンジをおびて輝くピンク色。

みずみずしいメロンやさくらんぼに、イチゴのシロップ、またその奥には華やかな薔薇のような花の香り、さらにピンクペパーや、かすかにシナモンも香る。華やかで楽しめる香り。

口に含むと、なんて可愛らしい果実味！今まさに口中で苺をつぶしたかのような、フレッシュで果実味あふれる甘酸っぱさがいっぱいに広がる。その後のわずかな苦味とかすかな渋味がたいへんバランス良く余韻を引き締める。

この華やかな香りとキュートな果実味に一気にファンが増えそうな、リピート必至のロゼ。1Lでもすぐに飲んでしまいそう！

オーガニック歴：1980年から

首都ウィーンからさほど遠くない静かで美しい自然が広がる場所にあります。息子マーチンを中心に栽培から醸造までを行っています。父のハンスはオーガニックに理解などない時代(1980年)から実践しており、「もし、オーガニック栽培ができないという人がいるなら、たとえ一部でもチャレンジしてみるべきです。誰でも除草剤は必要ないと知っています。ただそれが便利だからというだけなら私には必要ありません」と、言います。心がけているのは、酵母、酵素、栄養分といったものは一切加えず、可能な限りピュアなワインを造ること。ディヴァルト家で手を加えるといえば、温度調節くらいです。その土地特有の、地球に根ざしたワイン造りを目指しています。

1000mlですこし量が多いので、お得感もあり、また購入してみんなで楽しく頂きたいです。
