The aroma of melon and cherry. In the background, you can feel the scent of rose-like flowers, making you feel gorgeous. When you put it in your mouth, it is a rose wine that spreads a fresh, fruity sweet and sour taste that makes you feel like strawberries are now in your mouth. It is a very comfortable bottle that has a good balance of slight bitterness and faint taste in the aftertaste. A bright pink with a slight hint of orange.

Fresh melon and cherries, strawberry syrup, and a gorgeous rose-like floral scent in the background, as well as pink pepper and a hint of cinnamon. A gorgeous and enjoyable fragrance.

About the Diwald family

Weingut Diwald (Diwald family)

Organic history: Since 1980

It is located in a quiet and beautiful natural area not far from the capital Vienna. The son Martin is in charge of everything from cultivation to brewing. His father Hans has been practicing organic farming since the 1980s, when there was no understanding of organic farming, and says, "If there are people who say they can't grow organically, they should try it, even if only partially. Everyone knows that we don't need herbicides. I don't need them just because it's convenient." They aim to make the purest wine possible without adding any yeast, enzymes, or nutrients. The only thing the Diwald family does is adjust the temperature. They aim to make wines that are unique to the land and rooted in the earth.
