Taste

A pale, sparkling ruby.

A lovely scent reminiscent of fresh strawberries, herbs and wild grasses. A hint of spice like cinnamon and cloves, with a hint of earth.

The taste is fruity, with lovely fruit flavors spreading throughout the mouth along with a refined acidity, followed by a very soft and gentle astringency that touches the tongue.

It has a light taste, but that's not all; the gentle fruitiness permeates every corner of your body.

Organic history: Since 1980

It is located in a quiet and beautiful natural area not far from the capital Vienna. The son Martin is in charge of everything from cultivation to brewing. His father Hans has been practicing organic farming since the 1980s, when there was no understanding of organic farming, and says, "If there are people who say they can't grow organically, they should try it, even if only partially. Everyone knows that we don't need herbicides. I don't need them just because it's convenient." They aim to make the purest wine possible without adding any yeast, enzymes, or nutrients. The only thing the Diwald family does is adjust the temperature. They aim to make wines that are unique to the land and rooted in the earth.
