Our warehouse will be closed from August 10th to August 15th, 2024 during the Obon period, so shipping operations will be suspended .
Logistics will be very busy before the Obon festival, and it is expected that warehouses and shipping companies will experience delays in deliveries. If you would like your order delivered during the Obon festival, we recommend that you place your order by Thursday, August 8, 2024 .

- Even though the warehouse is closed, the mail order desk will be open on weekdays from August 13th (Tue) to 15th (Thu). We will respond to orders and inquiries within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
