This red wine has a cute berry and spice aroma, a fruity and soft fruit flavor, a subtle acidity, and a gentle astringency that gives it a light impression. The volume is 1000ml, not the usual 750ml bottle. It's the best value for money! What's more, it has a screw cap, so it's easy to open. We recommend a sweet and spicy sauce with fatty teriyaki yellowtail or deep-fried mackerel, but you can enjoy a wide range of marriages with seafood and meat if the seasoning is strong.

味わい

淡く輝くルビー。

フレッシュな苺に、ハーブや野草を思わせる可愛らしい香り。ほんのりとシナモンやクローヴのようなスパイスに、少し土を思わせるニュアンスも。

口当たりはフルーティで、可愛らしい果実味が上品な酸味とともに口いっぱいに広がる。そのあとの渋味はとても柔らかく優しく舌に触れる。

軽やかな味わいだがそれだけでは終わらない、優しい果実味が体中のすみずみまで染み渡るようなワイン。

これ以上ないくらいのコストパフォーマンスの良さ！

首都ウィーンからさほど遠くない静かで美しい自然が広がる場所にあります。息子マーチンを中心に栽培から醸造までを行っています。父のハンスはオーガニックに理解などない時代(1980年)から実践しており、「もし、オーガニック栽培ができないという人がいるなら、たとえ一部でもチャレンジしてみるべきです。誰でも除草剤は必要ないと知っています。ただそれが便利だからというだけなら私には必要ありません」と、言います。心がけているのは、酵母、酵素、栄養分といったものは一切加えず、可能な限りピュアなワインを造ること。ディヴァルト家で手を加えるといえば、温度調節くらいです。その土地特有の、地球に根ざしたワイン造りを目指しています。

ロゼもおいしかったので、赤ワインも期待していました。私にはとてもおだやかな飲み心地で、かつ、満足感がありました！1リットルあるので、みんなできがねなくぐいぐい飲めるのも楽しいですね。そして、お得感があります！
