アルザスワインの高貴品種から3種類を厳選して飲み比べセットにしました。
生産者のメイエーさんが造る白ワインはどれもきれいな造りで洗練された果実味が楽しめるのが特長ですが、品種ごとにイメージがかなり異なります。
きれいな酸としっかりした骨格でお料理を引き立たせるリースリング、マスカットの香りとフルーティな飲み口がアペリティフにぴったりのミュスカ、そしてライチや薔薇といった華やかな香りに酔いしれるゲヴェルツトラミネール。ぶどうの自然で心地よい甘さを楽しみながら、ぜひお気に入りの1本を探してみてください。
各ワインの説明
- アルザス リースリング 白【左】
淡めのレモンイエロー。グレープフルーツや林檎に白い花、さらに清涼感あるハーブなど、爽やかながらも複雑で、この品種の魅力を存分に楽しめる香り。果実味にしっかりと通った酸味が心地良く、清らかで力強い白。
- アルザス ミュスカ 白【中央】
グラスに注いだ瞬間に広がるみずみずしい果実の香りが実に華やか。口に含むと、まるで果物を皮ごと頬張ったかのようなフレッシュ感。多くの女性を一瞬でとりこにする、幸福感に満ちた1本。
- アルザス ゲヴェルツトラミネール 白【右】
やや濃い目のイエローゴールド。香りはこの品種の特徴であるライチ、薔薇の香りが非常に華やか。その中に白いスパイスのニュアンスも。口当たりはまろやかでフルーティだが飲み応え十分。香りを堪能するために食前酒としても、またマンステールなどの強いチーズと合わせても楽しめます。
