A dry white wine made in Burgundy, a famous wine-producing region. It has the acidity typical of Aligote, but also a moderate oak aroma, and has a mellowness and fruitiness that overturns the impression of Aligote. This organic wine is perfect for pairing with seafood. A half-sized wine that can be easily enjoyed.

味わい

淡いレモンイエロー。

レモンやグレープフルーツのような柑橘系の果物の香りに、ハーブ、しっかりとしたミネラル感。

白い花と、その花の蜜を思わせる芳香も。何とも清楚で上品な香り。

味わいにも、ミネラル感を伴ったすっきりとした酸味が特徴で、その酸味を支えるように果実味が続く。余韻にまで酸味が後をひく爽やかな仕上がり。

必ずや和食を引き立てて美味しくしてくれる1本です。

オーガニック歴：1999年から

ブルゴーニュ地方・コートドニュイの南寄りのニュイサンジョルジュ村にあります。1920年にシャトーを購入し、親から子へと引き継がれてきたワイン農家です。現在は5代目アルノーが中心となりぶどう栽培と醸造を行っています。一部の畑は昔からオーガニックでしたが2012年に全ての畑を転換しました。大地を汚染することにつながらない方法で栽培を行っている土地、体に良いものを飲んで食べるということを子供達に伝えていけることが誇りになっています。ペルチエ家のワインのほとんどはフランス個人顧客向けであり、フランス国内でも入手困難なワインです。区画ごとに厳密に分けて醸造することで、大切にしているテロワール（土壌）を引き出しています。
