This white wine from the popular village of Meursault is full-bodied yet gentle, yet has a deep aftertaste that spreads out one level further. It has a gorgeous aroma of citrus and tropical fruits. It has a mellow and rich taste. It has a long aftertaste and is very satisfying. It goes well with seafood meuniere, dishes with butter sauce, tempura, cream stew, and other dishes with mellow flavors, and enhances their elegance.

ワインの銘醸地ブルゴーニュ地方の中でも、世界中のワイン愛好家が絶賛する優れた赤ワインと上品で繊細な白ワインが産出されるコート ド ボーヌにあります。1893年にサントネーとシャサーニュに畑を得たことから始まる代々続く名門です。1923年に自家瓶詰を開始しました。現当主のジャンフランソワが土壌について学んだのを機にオーガニックを決意しました。その土地の特徴をワインに表すためには、土の営み・ぶどうの営み・人間の営みを尊重することが必要との結論に至り、2003年に転換しました。多くの区画からなる20haの畑のぶどうは全量手摘みを行い、畑の区画ごとの特性を表現できるワインを心がけています。
