This dry white wine was made in the Beaune region of Burgundy. It is made with Aligote grapes, which are characterized by their pleasant acidity, and has an elegant finish. You can also feel the aroma of lemon peel and grapefruit compote, refreshing herbs, and a strong mineral scent. This is a bold organic wine with a sharp and clean acidity.
