グラスに注いだ瞬間からチェリーやラズベリーなど赤い果実の香りが漂い、キルシュ(さくらんぼの蒸留酒)の香りも感じられます。

口当たりはドライで、初めのうちタンニンや酸味は軽く感じられますが、しっかりと存在しています。

さらりと流れるような印象から、徐々に収斂性が増し、後半ではより強くタンニンを感じます。 口に含むとブルーベリーやカシス、ブラックベリーといった黒果実の香りと味わい。後半にはクローブのようなスパイス感がパッとやってきて、余韻にはココナッツやバニラのようなスイートスパイスがソフトに穏やかに残ります。

シンプルな味わいですが、それぞれが見せる香りや味わいが丁寧で、上品なワインに仕上がっています。
