This white wine was made in the Beaune region of Burgundy and has a gorgeous aroma and beautiful acidity. You can enjoy the gorgeous aroma of white peach, ripe pear, acacia, and the aroma of minerals, almonds, and fresh cream. The delicate and beautiful acidity firmly supports the soft, spreading fruitiness, and the lingering, high-quality umami makes for an impressive taste. 輝きのある淡いレモンイエロー。

白桃や熟した洋梨にアカシアやスイカズラなど沢山の花の香りが華やか。さらにハーブや火打石、アーモンドやフレッシュなクリームの香りも。

柔らかく広がる果実味をしっかりと支えるように続く繊細で美しい酸味。余韻にいつまでも残る上質な旨みが印象的。

ワインの銘醸地ブルゴーニュ地方の中でも、世界中のワイン愛好家が絶賛する優れた赤ワインと上品で繊細な白ワインが産出されるコート ド ボーヌにあります。1893年にサントネーとシャサーニュに畑を得たことから始まる代々続く名門です。1923年に自家瓶詰を開始しました。現当主のジャンフランソワが土壌について学んだのを機にオーガニックを決意しました。その土地の特徴をワインに表すためには、土の営み・ぶどうの営み・人間の営みを尊重することが必要との結論に至り、2003年に転換しました。多くの区画からなる20haの畑のぶどうは全量手摘みを行い、畑の区画ごとの特性を表現できるワインを心がけています。
