A white wine from Valencia, Spain, with a refreshing aroma reminiscent of citrus fruits. The fresh taste creates a refreshing drinking experience. A relatively inexpensive white wine with a strong flavor for its price, it is a great value for money. Recommended as a daily wine. A blend of grape varieties "Macabeo" and "Sauvignon Blanc", it has a well-balanced taste that is easy to drink. The refreshing taste makes it delicious as an aperitif (aperitif), or with grilled vegetables or marinated seafood. Please enjoy it chilled to about 10-12℃.

味わい

輝きのある淡いレモンイエロー。

グラスに注ぐと、青りんご、パイナップル、梨やレモンの皮などの爽やかな香りに、ミネラルのニュアンスも。

口に含むと、包まれるような舌触りの後にゆっくりと酸味が広がる心地の良い飲み口。

ラベルにはぶどう畑に咲く野花が描かれており、香り、口当たり、後味、どれをとっても本当に可愛らしい白ワインです。

その土地に育った品種の特徴を最大限に引き出したいという思いから、土着品種のマカベオをより多く使ってエキゾチックな香りを、サポート役にソーヴィニヨンブランを使ってフレッシュさを上手に表現しています。

コティーノ家はスペイン バレンシア北西部のウティエル・レケーナに2つのワイナリーを持っています。

私が不在の夕食時に、普段そんなにお酒を飲まない家族2人がこのワインを一本空にしていました。とっても飲みやすく美味しかった！また飲みたーい！と絶賛していました。ラベルの可愛さにつられて普段のおかずを適当に並べて空けてみたとのことですが、あまりに珍しいことでビックリ。嬉しいことにワインの美味しさに目覚めたと言っていました。
残念ながら私は一滴も飲めなかったので、とりあえず星4つにさせていただきました。

ゴクゴク飲んでしまいました。
手軽なお値段でデイリーワインとしても満足できる味わいなのでまた購入したいです！
