A medium-bodied red wine made in a vineyard overlooking Carcassonne, a World Heritage Site in the Languedoc region of southern France. Made with 100% Syrah, it has a spicy aroma. It has a strong acidity and gradually increasing spiciness, typical of Syrah. It's not too heavy, so if you pair it with a meal, you'll find yourself drinking more and more.
