A dry sparkling wine made in the Alsace region of France on the border with Germany. Made with 100% Muscat, this wine has a sweet aroma but a crisp, dry taste. You can also smell the aroma of white flowers such as lilies and lilies of the valley, citrus fruits, and spices reminiscent of cardamom and white pepper. This organic wine is perfect for toasting.

味わい

輝きのある淡いイエローゴールド。

溢れんばかりの百合やスズランの香りに、グレープフルーツやライムなどのシトラス系果実、カルダモン、白胡椒を思わせるスパイスも感じる。

きめの細かい泡と共にみずみずしい果実味が口いっぱいに広がり、エレガントな酸味の後、程よい苦味が余韻を引き締め、華やかな花の香りは最後まで強い印象を残す。

オーガニック歴：1969年から（認証は1980年4月デメター・1991年ECOCERT）

アルザス地方でも南寄りのベルクホルツ村にあります。1620年より親から子へと代々引き継がれてきた、歴史のあるワイン農家です。現在は13代目フランソワを中心に栽培から醸造までを行っています。地形的にヴォージュ山脈とアルプス山脈に囲まれた盆地で、冬と夏の寒暖差に加え、年間降雨量も少ないため高品質のワインが生み出されます。メイエー家がオーガニックに転換したのは、12代目のユージェーヌが農薬中毒によって視神経が麻痺するという深刻な事態に陥ったことに因ります。その時にホメオパシーで治癒したことにより、シュタイナーのビオディナミに出会い、1969年に転換することを決意しました。50年以上もビオディナミ農法を続けたことにより、メイエー家のぶどう畑はいきいきとしたエネルギーに満ちています。メイエー家はフランス国内でもビオディナミのパイオニア的存在で知られています。

ビュル ド ミュスカ 発泡

不思議な国に迷い込んだ印象のスパークリングワインです。私には梅みたいなニュアンスが感じられましたが（！？）いずれにしましても香りは甘く味は辛口です。
