This champagne is made by blending Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay grown in a field overlooking the monastery where Dom Pérignon, the creator of champagne, worked, in the prime location of Auvilles, also known as the "cradle of champagne," and aging it in the cellar for at least three years. It has a full-bodied taste with a pleasant blend of floral aromas and barrel aromas. This organic champagne is made by RM (Recoltant-Manipulant), a winery that grows the grapes, brews them, and bottles them all on its own. The half size is perfect for a small toast or as a gift.

オーガニック歴：1970年から

「シャンパーニュのゆりかご」と呼ばれるオヴィレ村にあります。ぶどう栽培から醸造・瓶詰めまで行う小規模生産者で、19世紀に南斜面の一等地、抜群の立地の畑を入手しました。フランスの北に位置しているため大西洋気候と大陸性気候の両方の影響を受けています。気温は1年を通じて低く日照時間も短めですが、これによりシャンパーニュならではの繊細さが生まれます。シャンパーニュ地方ではオーガニックでのワイン造りは無理と言われていた1970年、ブリアール家前当主がオーガニック転換を決意しました。土に対する仕事が圧倒的に多いと語る通り、畑の土はふかふかで良質なぶどうが収穫されます。ぶどうの搾汁は2番搾りまで認められていますが1番搾りの果汁しか使わないなど、ワイン造りもブリアール家に伝わる伝統を守り続けています。

赤坂本店で飲みました。でも、高価なので今回はハーフボトルにしました。味は言う事なし！！の美味しさでした。

シャンパーニュ、ということで、お正月、家族が一堂に会するところで開けました。めちゃめちゃ美味しい。その上になんだか華やかになる印象でした。これは大事な場面ではリピ決定です。
