This light red wine was made in the Touraine region of the Loire Valley in France. It is made using Cabernet Franc, giving it an easy-drinking flavor. 変化に富んだ景観を持つロワール河を中心に広がるロワール地方にあります。1996年に親から畑を引き継ぎました。3haから始め徐々に拡大し現在は12haになっています。母なる大地に人間がもたらした被害のため、農民であり、職人であり、ぶどう栽培者である私たちが大地を守らなくてはならないとの強い思いから、1998年からオーガニックを開始しました。2006年からはビオディナミも活用しています。ソーラーパネル、雨水の回収、動物による耕作とドメーヌ全体で「自然と共に」という哲学を実践しています。
