A slightly sweet sparkling wine made in the natural environment of Die, east of the Rhone region. Finished using an ancient method that does not add sugar, it has a gentle taste that retains the natural sweetness of the grapes, and you can enjoy the aroma of Muscat. With a low alcohol content of 7%, it goes great with baked goods and sorbet. It is an organic wine that can be enjoyed by a wide range of people, regardless of age or gender, whether they are wine lovers or those who don't usually drink much wine.

味わい

大切な友達が来たときでも、午後に仲良しの人と過ごすときでも、パーティと言えば必ず思い浮かぶようなワインです。このワインは心を楽しくし、人と人が自然に仲良くなれる力を持っています。

古株の樹の最初に採れる果汁から造られます。やわらかい花の香りの土台の上に、ミュスカの芳香が繊細に広がります。どんなシーンでも飲んでいただける高級ワイン。

泡は優しく、やや甘口で、アルコールは７％。若い方からご高齢の方、ワイン好きの方から普段余り飲まれない方まで幅広くお楽しみいただけるので、人が集まるパーティにもぴったり。食前酒（アペリティフ）でも、デザートのお供にも、はたまたおしゃべりのお供にも、たっぷりお楽しみいただけます。

フルーティでやや甘口と可愛らしい印象ですが、キレがあり、ミネラルを感じる余韻も長く、高級感もばっちりです。飲めば楽しいだけではなく、いつもとは違う特別な気分に…。

ローヌ地方のちょうど真ん中に位置するデイにある、6世代続くオーガニックワイン農家です。標高400メートルの丘陵地は年間300日晴れており、昼夜の寒暖差もあるためぶどう栽培には理想的な環境です。一度も農薬や化学肥料を使ったことが無い畑を守りぬいています。1982年にオーガニック認証を取得。畑の土壌の生命力を高め、土地の特徴をより表現するために2005年からはビオディナミ農法を行っています。アシャール家は泡に人生を賭けて、泡しか造っていない生粋の泡職人です。自然の素晴らしさをそのまま封じ込めて、グラスに香りとして届けることにこだわっています。
