A medium-bodied red wine that is easy to drink. With its soft tannins and body, it is recommended to enjoy it casually rather than waiting for it to age. This is a box of wine containing the equivalent of four bottles, so it can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a month, making it a perfect organic wine for daily use. It goes great with meat dishes such as yakitori and sauteed chicken. Please use it on your daily dinner table.

味わい

注がれたワインの色は濃く、鮮やかです。その色に比例するかの様に、立ち上がる香りからは瑞々しいブラックチェリー、ブラックプラム（プルーン）、カシス、ブラックベリーなどの黒い果実の凝縮感が伝わってきます。赤い果実の軽快なフレッシュな香りよりも、ぐっと深く力強さを感じる香りです。

口に含むと若々しい酸味が心地よく広がり、タンニンはスムースで好印象です。滑らかなタンニンと柔らかなテクスチャーに熱が加わり、しっかりとしたボディを感じます。溌剌とした酸味が全体のバランスを綺麗にまとめていて伸びのある力強い味わいです。

飲んだ後にも凝縮感のある黒い果実の新鮮な香りが広がり、満足感があります。余韻までしっかりと果実の風味が続き、ソフトなテクスチャーを程よいタンニンが引き締めてくれます。

ただ単に「フルーティな赤ワイン」と表現するにはもったいない1本です。ガスコーニュ 白、ロゼと同じように、元気な酸とフレッシュな果実香が楽しめます。

ソフトなタンニンとボディなので、熟成を待つよりもお気軽にお楽しみいただくのがお勧めです。

アルマニャックの生産地としても有名なフランス南西部、ガスコーニュ地方。他のぶどう産地に比べて湿度が高く、オーガニック農業には難しい土地ですが、研究熱心な父のダミアンの「もっとこの地方の特徴が表現されているようなワインを造りたい」との想いから2001年にオーガニックに転換しました。現在はカルフォルニアとアルザスのワイナリーで経験を積んだ息子のクレマンが引き継ぎ、この地の更なる可能性を模索しています。醸造ではフレッシュな味わいを大切にしており、できたワインも冷蔵管理するなと徹底した温度管理を行っています。

ガスコーニュ ベトゥラン 赤 3L（ 箱ワイン / ボックスワイン ） 【お試し8％ポイント還元】

すっかり箱ワインファンになりました。こちらは、２箱目です。注ぐと深い色で、テンションがあがります！　ずっしりとした香り（語彙が少なくて、すみません）、すこし渋くて、ゆっくりのめます。箱のラベルがかわいいです。ただ、ひとつ難点は、立方体に近い形の箱なので、ちょっと場所を取ります。でも、慣れると、ころんとした形がかわいいです。
