This refreshing, dry white wine was born from a vineyard overlooking Carcassonne, a World Heritage Site in Languedoc, southern France. A blend of Colombard and Roussanne, this fruity, easy-to-drink wine has a well-balanced acidity and fruitiness.

味わい

透明感のある薄いイエロー。

グラスに注ぐとしっかりとしたアロマが立ち上ります。桃やアプリコットなどのストーンフルーツ（核果）から、フレッシュなパイナップルなどのトロピカルなニュアンスも。印象的なフルーツの香りの奥から、ジャスミンのような花の香りも感じられます。

味わいはドライで、しっかりした酸味が長く続きます。ほどよい飲みごたえで、香りにもあったアプリコットや桃の果実味が楽しめます。

シンプルながらインパクトが強く、飲み進めるうちに味わいの変化も楽しめるので、ワイン初心者にも親しみやすい白ワインです。

アペリティフのほか、シーフードやサラダ、グリルチキンなどにも合わせて楽しめます。 よく冷やしてお召し上がりください。

Domaine de BRAUは世界遺産で有名なカルカッソンヌ近郊にあります。気候は地中海と大西洋からの影響を受けており、そのおかげで南仏とボルドーの両方のぶどう品種が栽培できます。2020年にレヴォル家が前所有者のタリ家から畑と醸造所を受け継ぎました。タリ家は1980年代からオーガニック農業を続けており、オーガニックワイン農家としてはパイオニア的な存在です。40年以上もオーガニックを続けている畑は生き生きとした生命力で溢れています。レヴォルさんはタリさんが実践していたオーガニック栽培の先を行く、自然農法を目指しています。ワイン造りに関してはタリさんのスタイルを継承せずに、極力樽を避けて、ぶどう本来の風味が引き立つ醸造を目指しています。涼しい夜間に収穫したぶどうを低温で醸造したり、醸造過程ごとの温度管理の徹底、出来たワインをすぐに瓶詰するなどの工夫をしながら、新しいワインの開発に意欲的に取り組んでいます。
