This light, dry rosé wine was made in a vineyard overlooking Carcassonne, a World Heritage Site in Languedoc, southern France. Made with Grenache, it has a refreshing taste with red fruit aromas and fresh acidity. In addition to being an aperitif, it also goes well with dishes such as charcuterie, salads, grilled chicken with tomato sauce, and desserts made with berries and cocoa. Please enjoy well chilled.

味わい

透明感のある淡いサーモンピンク。

香りには、ラズベリーやチェリーなどの赤果実に、カスミソウのフローラルなニュアンスを感じます。

味わいはドライで、クランベリーなどを思わせるふくよかな酸味が印象的。ボディはやや中口で、軽やかな飲み心地です。しっかり冷やすとより引き締まった味わいが楽しめます。

フレッシュで爽やか、フルーティで親しみやすいロゼワイン。

アペリティフはもちろん、シャルキュトリーやサラダ、またイチゴやココア風味のデザートにも合わせて楽しめます。

Domaine de BRAUは世界遺産で有名なカルカッソンヌ近郊にあります。気候は地中海と大西洋からの影響を受けており、そのおかげで南仏とボルドーの両方のぶどう品種が栽培できます。2020年にレヴォル家が前所有者のタリ家から畑と醸造所を受け継ぎました。タリ家は1980年代からオーガニック農業を続けており、オーガニックワイン農家としてはパイオニア的な存在です。40年以上もオーガニックを続けている畑は生き生きとした生命力で溢れています。レヴォルさんはタリさんが実践していたオーガニック栽培の先を行く、自然農法を目指しています。ワイン造りに関してはタリさんのスタイルを継承せずに、極力樽を避けて、ぶどう本来の風味が引き立つ醸造を目指しています。涼しい夜間に収穫したぶどうを低温で醸造したり、醸造過程ごとの温度管理の徹底、出来たワインをすぐに瓶詰するなどの工夫をしながら、新しいワインの開発に意欲的に取り組んでいます。
