This Pinot Noir is made by Revol in the Languedoc region of southern France and contains no preservatives (SO2). It has a deep ruby ​​color and aromas of red currant, cherry, and berry fruits. It also has hints of sweet spices such as licorice. The flavor also has a strong hint of berry fruits, with a long-lasting acidity and fine tannins that make it a pleasant drink. Its distinctive acidity makes it a great pairing with red meat sashimi such as tuna, or dishes such as stewed tomatoes.

レッドカラント、チェリー、クランベリーやラズベリーなどの赤い果実の香りに甘草などのスイートスパイスのニュアンスが加わります。

Domaine de BRAUは世界遺産で有名なカルカッソンヌ近郊にあります。気候は地中海と大西洋からの影響を受けており、そのおかげで南仏とボルドーの両方のぶどう品種が栽培できます。2020年にレヴォル家が前所有者のタリ家から畑と醸造所を受け継ぎました。タリ家は1980年代からオーガニック農業を続けており、オーガニックワイン農家としてはパイオニア的な存在です。40年以上もオーガニックを続けている畑は生き生きとした生命力で溢れています。レヴォルさんはタリさんが実践していたオーガニック栽培の先を行く、自然農法を目指しています。ワイン造りに関してはタリさんのスタイルを継承せずに、極力樽を避けて、ぶどう本来の風味が引き立つ醸造を目指しています。涼しい夜間に収穫したぶどうを低温で醸造したり、醸造過程ごとの温度管理の徹底、出来たワインをすぐに瓶詰するなどの工夫をしながら、新しいワインの開発に意欲的に取り組んでいます。
