- レフォスコ ダル ペドゥンコロ ロッソ 赤【左】
イタリア・ヴェネト州土着品種「レフォスコ ダル ペドゥンコロ ロッソ」というぶどうを使った中口赤ワイン。赤果実の凝縮した香りに紅茶やカカオのアロマ。軽やかでバランスの良い飲み口で、醤油ベースの和食によく合う1本です。 - シャランテ 白【右】
フランス南西部コニャック地方で造られたきりりと辛口の白ワイン。エッジのきいた酸味が、魚介類の臭みをすっきりと断ち切ってくれます。寿司や刺身など海鮮系の和食に合わせたい1本です。
