ワインセットの説明
- セット内容：赤ワイン750ml 2本
マヴィでお楽しみいただけるブルゴーニュの生産者はペルチエ家とシャペル家があります。 今回はこの２生産者がつくる定番の赤ワインをセットにしました。２生産者とも無濾過で仕上げるオーガニックワインは、ぶどう本来の良さを活かした味わいになっており、栽培環境や造り手の行う作業がそのまま反映されたワインをお楽しみいただけます。
ペルチエ家の畑はブルゴーニュのコート ドール北エリア「コート ド ニュイ」にあり、赤ワインの銘醸地にふさわしい力強い味わいが魅力です。一方、シャペル家のぶどう畑は南エリア「コード ド ボーヌ」に位置し、高級ワインが数多く輩出する土壌から反映された上品で繊細な味わいが存分に味わえます。
お飲みの際は、まずシャペル家の赤からお楽しみいただき、その後、ペルチエ家のしっかりした味わいの赤を飲み比べていただくのがおすすめです。お料理に合わせるなら、大味ではない素朴な味付けのお肉料理（鶏肉との相性が良い）やハーブを使ったお肉料理（煮込みやチーズ焼き）などでマリアージュをお楽しみください。
同じぶどう品種、同じ産地でもエリアや造り手の違いで楽しめる贅沢な飲み比べをぜひ体感してみてください。
各ワインの説明
- ブルゴーニュ 赤 - シャトー ド プレモー【左】
フランボワーズ、シナモン、オレガノなどの生き生きした香り。新鮮な果実味と綺麗な酸味が広がる優美な味。
- ブルゴーニュ 赤 - ドメーヌ シャペル【右】
赤い果実香に薔薇、シナモン、少し土も感じる美しい香り。フレッシュな酸味を支える果実味も滑らかで上品。
