This set includes two citrus white wines that go perfectly with carpaccio of light, mild white fish such as sea bream, flounder, and sea bass. Both are characterized by a refreshing citrus acidity and a clean lime-like flavor, and when paired with a squeeze of lemon, it eliminates the fishy smell and allows you to enjoy the natural flavor of the ingredients.

Description of each wine

• Charente White [Left]
  This is a rare white wine made from raw liquor before being distilled into cognac (brandy). It is made from two grape varieties, Ugni Blanc and Colombard. It is a light and very dry white wine with an alcohol content of 11 degrees.
  
• Cotes de Provence White [Right]
  The aroma of grapefruit, dill and other herbs and white flowers. It also has a hint of minerality and the spice of white pepper. It has a smooth mouthfeel, fruity flavor and mild acidity. The voluminous mouthfeel is tightened by a slight bitterness, and the finish is excellent.
